Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available in the pickup locations present in the checkout page. Only available in Portuguese Business Days and in the working hours of the associated establishments.
 
We also offer various shipping options to your address. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
 

To give a budget option to our clients we offer shipping options without tracking information but strongly advice that you choose a shipping option with tracking.

If you want the improved safety of a detailed tracking code please choose a shipping option with tracking. We do not take responsability for lost packages sent without tracking by user choice.

 
SHIPPING FEES
 
We offer shipping at rates depending on order weight and country of destination. At checkout we will calculate the shipment cost of your order and present it to you before payment for you to decide if you wish to continue.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only and given to us by the Postal Companies used.
 
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
 
For information about customs process:
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We only ship at Portuguese Business days, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders made at the weekend will be shipped in the start of the week.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
